Rule 4.12.3102 - TREATED OR INOCULATED SEED(1) In addition to the label requirements of 80-5-123, MCA for all agricultural, vegetable, flower and indigenous seeds which have been treated as defined in 80-5-120, MCA, or inoculated as defined in ARM 4.12.3101, a label containing the following information shall be affixed or accompany the lot: (a) a word or statement indicating that the seed has been treated;(b) the commonly accepted coined, chemical or abbreviated chemical (generic) name of the applied substance or description of the process used;(c) if the substance in the amount present with the seed is harmful to human or other vertebrate animals, a caution statement such as "do not use for food, feed, or oil purposes." The caution for toxic substances shall be a poison statement or symbol; and(d) if the seed is inoculated, the date beyond which the inoculant is not to be considered effective (date of expiration).Mont.
