Rule 4.11.301 - SPECIFIC MANAGEMENT PLAN(1) The department will develop a SMP when any of the criteria in 80-15-212(1) MCA, are met. All SMPs must be adopted as administrative rules. A compliance or emergency order issued under 80-15-403, MCA may be adopted as a SMP.
