Rule 4.11.1115 - NOTIFICATION OF DISCLOSURE(1) Within 15 days of the date of disclosure to anyone other than authorized department employees, the director shall notify the submitter of disclosed CBI providing the name of the agency, date of disclosure, detailed description of the information disclosed, and the purpose of the disclosure.
