Rule 38.5.4039 - ARBITRATION HEARING(1) The arbitrator may require the parties to substitute closing arguments in lieu of post-hearing briefing. If briefs are submitted, the arbitrator may require filing of briefs as reasonable and necessary to allow for sufficient time to issue the recommended arbitration decision.
