Rule 38.5.4013 - OPPORTUNITY TO RESPOND TO PETITION(1) A nonpetitioning party to a petition for arbitration shall file a response to the other party's petition and provide additional information within 25 days after the petition to arbitrate is filed. The response should identify information needed to resolve open issues, including information identified in the other party's petition for arbitration as information which has been requested during negotiations but not yet provided and must address each issue presented in the petition for arbitration. The response shall also present any additional issues for which the respondent seeks resolution and provide additional information and evidence necessary for the arbitrator's review. On the same day that it files its response with the commission, the respondent shall serve a copy of the response, and all supporting documentation, on any other party to the negotiation and the Montana consumer counsel.Mont.
