Rule 38.5.3410 - POSTING REQUIREMENTS(1) Each operator service provider must post on or near each telephone instrument subscribed to its service, in plain view of consumers: (a) the name, address, and toll-free telephone number of the operator service provider;(b) a written disclosure that its rates are available upon request;(c) dialing instructions detailing operator service provider dialing procedures as well as instructions for accessing the local exchange company operator; and(d) emergency dialing information.Mont.
