Rule 38.5.1412 - TIME OF TERMINATION(1) Service shall not be discontinued on a day, or a day immediately preceding a day, when the services of the utility are not available to the general public for the purpose of reconnecting terminated service. Service may be terminated only between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon.
