Rule 38.5.1407 - GROUNDS FOR TERMINATION OF SERVICE WITHOUT WRITTEN NOTICE(1) A utility may terminate service without prior notice only:(a) If a condition immediately dangerous or hazardous to life, physicial safety or property exists;(b) Upon order by any court, the Commission or any other duly authorized public authority;(c) If such service is obtained fraudulently or without authorization of the utility.Mont.
