Rule 38.5.1403 - PROHIBITED GROUNDS FOR TERMINATION OF SERVICE(1) Neither of the following shall constitute grounds for a utility to terminate service: (a) The failure of any person, other than the customer against whom termination is sought, to pay any charges due to the utility;(b) The failure of a customer to pay for merchandise, appliances or other services not contained in tariffs approved by the commission.Mont.
