Rule 38.4.601 - WRECKS AND ACCIDENTS(1) All railroad companies operating in the state of Montana are required pursuant to the provisions of section 69-14-252, MCA, and the commission's minute entry of April 4, 1945 thereunder, to report to the public service commission, by wire, within 24 hours, any wreck or accident on its line.(2) In addition to immediate notification, each company shall file a copy of the preliminary accident report form with the commission, for each such accident.NEW, 1978 MAR p. 1485, Eff. 10/27/78.Sec. 69-14-116, MCA; IMP, Sec. 69-14-252, MCA;
