Rule 38.3.801 - FEES(1) Fees due the commission are as contained in Title 38, chapter 3 of the Administrative Rules of Montana.(2) All fees and compensation as provided for in the Montana Motor Carrier Act shall be made payable to the commission, by bank draft, post office money order or certified check.
