Rule 38.3.504 - NOTICE TO INTERESTED PERSONS(1) Notice of the filing of temporary authority applications shall be given by U.S. mail or in person to all persons at the commission, in its opinion, believes would be interested.(2) No notice is required prior to initially granting temporary authority for 30 days or less.
