Rule 38.3.403 - POSSESSION OF CERTIFICATES AND PERMIT(1) The original certificate and/or permit issued by the commission subsequent to commission order will be retained in the carrier's file in the commission office in Helena, Montana, with copies of the same forwarded to the carrier.
