Rule 38.3.2502 - NUMBER OF TARIFF COPIES TO BE FILED(1) Carriers filing tariffs on their own behalf shall transmit to the commission the original and two copies of each tariff, supplement, revised page, classification, or other schedule of rates or regulations, original and both copies to be included in one package and under one letter of transmission.(2) Bureaus, designated as carrier's agent, shall transmit to the commission two copies of each tariff, supplement, revised page, classification, or other schedule of rates or regulations, both copies to be included in one package and under one letter of transmission.Mont.
