Rule 38.3.2403 - PUBLIC INSPECTION

(1) Copy of tariffs naming rates and fares to be charged, together with rules and regulations and time schedules shall be kept open for public inspection by every class A motor carrier at its principal office, and at the terminus of each route, and at the principal station thereon.
