Rule 38.2.4201 - GENERAL

(1) In the conduct of its hearings, the commission is bound to follow the common law and statutory rules of evidence, 2-4-612(2), MCA. The Montana rules of evidence, as adopted by the Montana supreme court, shall be applied in all contested cases.
