Rule 38.2.3904 - TERMINATION OF PARTY STATUS(1) Notwithstanding any other provision of these rules pertaining to party status, and unless specifically authorized by order of the commission for good cause shown, no person shall be a party to any proceeding in which such person has failed to enter a written appearance and an oral appearance on request of the presiding officer at any hearing in the matter as prescribed in 38.2.3903. The party status of any person failing to enter a written appearance and an oral appearance on request of the presiding officer terminates at the close of the period of taking such appearances, unless otherwise ordered by the commission.Mont.
