Rule 38.2.3902 - RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF PARTIES(1) At any hearing, all parties shall be entitled to enter an appearance, introduce evidence, examine and cross-examine witnesses, make arguments, and generally participate in the conduct of the proceeding.(2) All parties shall also comply with the requirements of any procedural order entered by the commission or by a presiding officer in a particular case. Examples of such requirements, although not exclusive, include the answering of discovery and data requests, and the prefiling of testimony.Mont. Admin. r. 38.2.3902
