Rule 38.2.308 - CALENDAR OF HEARINGS AND COMMISSION'S AGENDA(1) The secretary of the commission shall maintain a docket of all proceedings pending before the commission. The secretary shall also maintain a hearing calendar of all proceedings that are to receive a hearing. Both the docket and the hearing calendar are accessible to the public.(2) The commission will post matters to be considered at their business meetings (agenda meetings) as soon as practicable prior to each meeting.
