Rule 38.2.2703 - RECESSING HEARING FOR CONFERENCE

(1) In any proceeding the presiding officer may, in his discretion, call the parties together for a conference prior to the taking of testimony, or may recess the hearing for such a conference. The presiding officer may state on the record the results of such conference.
