Rule 38.2.1802 - CONTENTS OF NOTICE(1) The notice shall contain the time, date, place and nature of the hearing. The notice shall also contain the docket number, the date of service of the notice, a statement of the legal authority and jurisdiction under which the hearing is to be held; a reference to the particular section of the statutes and rules involved; and a short and plain statement of the matters asserted and issues involved.
