Rule 37.99.107 - PRIVATE ALTERNATIVE ADOLESCENT RESIDENTIAL PROGRAMS: LICENSING FEE SCHEDULE(1) Programs must submit payment for licensure annually.(2) Licensing fees are based on the number of participants the program is licensed to serve as shown in the table below.
