Rule 37.96.1103 - TIME PERIOD FOR CORRECTING NON-COMPLIANCE(1) The length of time a licensee or registered provider has to make corrections will be determined by the department, which must consider: (a) the scope and severity of non-compliance;(b) the potential threat or actual harm to the health, safety, and well-being of the children in care;(c) the number of times the licensee or registration holder has not complied with rules in this chapter or under Title 52, chapter 2, part 7, MCA; and(d) mitigating and aggravating factors.Mont.
