Rule 37.85.415 - MEDICAL ASSISTANCE MEDICAID PAYMENT(1) Medicaid will pay only for medical expenses: (a) incurred by a person eligible for the Medicaid program;(b) for services provided for and to the extent provided for under the Medicaid program;(c) for which third party payment is not available;(d) not used to meet the incurrment requirement at ARM 37.82.1101 and following rules for persons who are medically needy;(e) which are not the cost sharing provided for in ARM 37.85.204; and(f) to the extent allowed by Medicaid.Mont.
