Rule 37.85.1117 - COMMUNICATION WITH PROVIDERS(1) Upon notification by the CMS NLR that an EP or EH has applied for the MMPIP, and after initial verification of eligibility, the department will notify the provider of approval or denial of eligibility in the MMPIP program.
