Rule 37.83.820 - QUALIFIED MEDICARE BENEFICIARIES, FREE CHOICE OF PROVIDERS

(1) Any qualified medicare beneficiary may obtain services from any institution, agency, pharmacy, or practitioner licensed and qualified to perform such services and participating under the medicaid program, unless the department restricts the person's access to services as provided for in ARM 37.86.5303.
