Rule 37.83.810 - QUALIFIED MEDICARE BENEFICIARIES, PAYMENT OF MEDICARE PREMIUMS(1) Medicaid will cover the medicare Part B insurance premium for a qualified medicare beneficiary.(2) Medicaid will cover the medicare Part A insurance premium for a qualified medicare beneficiary who is not eligible for premium-free medicare Part A insurance coverage.(3) The department will enroll all qualified medicare beneficiaries in medicare Part B insurance. Persons who are not eligible for premium free medicare Part A insurance, will not be enrolled by the department in medicare Part A insurance. Those persons must enroll themselves through the United States social security administration.Mont. Admin. r. 37.83.810
