Rule 37.83.402 - QUALIFIED DISABLED WORKING INDIVIDUALS, EFFECTIVE DATE OF ELIGIBILITY(1) A person is eligible for QDWI benefits as of the date that all eligibility criteria set forth in ARM 37.83.401 are met and he is enrolled in medicare Part A under 42 USC 1395i-2a.(2) Retroactive coverage is available for up to 3 months prior to date of application.Mont.
