Rule 37.81.342 - BIG SKY RX PREMIUM PAYMENTS(1) Monthly premium payments will be made: (a) to an insurer that has contracted with the department;(b) directly to clients if: (i) their monthly premium is deducted from their Social Security check;(ii) they enroll in a PDP provided by an insurer that does not contract with the department; or(iii) the client chooses to be paid directly.(2) Direct monthly premium payments to enrollees will be made: (a) through direct deposit; or(b) by check only in the following circumstances: (i) if there is no bank account; or(ii) the enrollee has a permanent exemption with Social Security and still receiving Social Security benefits by check or by Direct Express debit card.Mont.
