Rule 37.79.321 - VISION BENEFITS(1) Vision benefits and medical eye care include: (a) services for the medical treatment of diseases or injury to the eye;(c) a dispensing fee for eyeglasses which are ordered from the department's contractor and provided by a licensed physician, opthamologist, optometrist or optician working within the scope of the profession.Mont.
