Rule 37.78.226 - TANF: TANF CASH ASSISTANCE; PLACE OF APPLICATION(1) Applications for TANF cash assistance may be made in any Office of Public Assistance in Montana on behalf of a minor child. When conditions preclude a person from visiting the Office of Public Assistance to make application, he shall have an opportunity to make application at a mutually agreed place, through a home visit by the worker or by mail.Mont.
