Mont. Admin. r. 37.62.961

Current through Register Vol. 23, December 6, 2024
Rule 37.62.961 - REHEARING OR NEW HEARING
(1) After a final decision and order is issued, a motion or request for rehearing or new hearing on the merits of the contested case will not be considered. The filing of a motion or request for rehearing or new hearing does not extend the time for judicial review of the final decision and order. This rule does not abrogate the authority of a district court to remand the matter for a new hearing or additional hearing as the result of judicial review of a final decision and order.
