Rule 37.62.2109 - CHOICE OF LAW(1) All reviews and modifications under this subchapter will be conducted using Montana law, rules, procedures and child support guidelines.(2) Any disputes about the effect or interpretation of Montana law, rules or procedures shall, if possible, be resolved with reference to the interpretations of the courts of Montana.Mont.
