Rule 37.62.1111 - PROMPT DELIVERY OF WITHHELD AMOUNT(1) For purposes of 40-5-421(1), MCA, the term "promptly" as it relates to the delivery of withheld amounts shall be defined as being no more than ten days after the obligor's regularly scheduled payday.
