Rule 37.62.1101 - DEFINITIONSFor the purposes of this subchapter, the following definitions apply:
(1) "Act" means the Child Support Enforcement Act, Title 40, chapter 5, part 4, MCA.(2) "File or file with the department" for the purposes of 40-5-414(1), MCA, means that the request for hearing must be delivered to and received by the CSSD hearing office within the time specified by law.(3) "Notice" means a notice of withholding issued pursuant to 40-5-413, MCA. (4) "Order" means an order to withhold income issued pursuant to 40-5-415, MCA, and, where the context requires, also means an order to modify issued pursuant to 40-5-417, MCA.Mont.
