Rule 37.62.116 - INCOME AVAILABLE FOR CHILD SUPPORT

(1) Income available for support is determined by subtracting from each parent's income, the deductions allowed under ARM 37.62.110 and the amount of personal allowance determined under ARM 37.62.114.
