Rule 37.51.1404 - YOUTH FOSTER HOMES: TRAINING EXCEPTIONS

(1) A written exception to the required preservice training must be approved prior to initial licensure.

(2) A written exception to the required 15 hours of annual training must be approved prior to a license being renewed.
