Rule 37.5.118 - DETERMINATIONS OF REPORTS OF CHILD ABUSE OR NEGLECT: APPLICABLE HEARING PROCEDURES(1) Hearings contesting substantiated reports of child abuse, neglect or exploitation are available to the extent provided in ARM 37.47.610.
