Rule 37.49.606 - IV-E FOSTER CARE ELIGIBILITY: SAFEGUARDING AND SHARING INFORMATION(1) Use and disclosure of information concerning applicants for or recipients of IV-E eligibility are restricted to purposes directly connected with the administration of the IV-E program, except as provided in 42 USC 671 (a) (8) and (9), as amended through July 16, 1996, which governs use and disclosure of information in the IV-E foster care program. The department hereby adopts and incorporates by reference 42 USC 671 (a) (8) and (9) as amended through July 16, 1996. A copy of 42 USC 671 (a) (8) and (9) as amended through July 16, 1996, may be obtained from the Department of Public Health and Human Services, Office of Legal Affairs, 111 North Sanders Street, P.O.
