Rule 37.41.301 - NUTRITION SERVICES, ELIGIBILITY(1) Congregate nutrition services may be made available to: (b) the spouse of an older adult;(c) persons with disabilities who live in housing facilities in which mainly older adults live and which also provide congregate nutrition services; and(d) persons providing volunteer services to a congregate nutrition service provider during meal hours.(2) Nutrition providers must determine eligibility for nutrition services in accordance with the criteria in (1) and standard written procedures the provider has adopted.Mont.
