Rule 37.41.130 - SERVICE CONTINUATION BY DEPARTMENT
(1) If the department withholds funding under ARM 37.41.122, it shall notify the area agency and the Administration for Community Living/Administration on Aging about the action to withhold funds.
(2) The department may use the withheld funds to directly administer services within the service area served by the area agency for a period not to exceed 180 days. If the department determines the area agency has not taken corrective action, or if the department does not approve of the corrective action, the department may extend the time period to directly administer services by up to 90 days.
