Rule 37.40.1445 - HOME AND COMMUNITY-BASED SERVICES FOR ELDERLY AND PHYSICALLY DISABLED PERSONS: ADULT DAY HEALTH(1) Adult day health is the provision of services to meet the health, social and habilitation needs of a recipient in settings outside the recipient's place of residence.
