Rule 37.34.954 - 0208 MEDICAID HOME AND COMMUNITY-BASED SERVICES PROGRAM: MEALS(1) Meal services provide hot or other appropriate meals once or twice a day, up to seven days a week, to ensure that a person receives adequate nourishment and to prevent institutional placement.(2) Meal services may only be provided to a person who is not eligible to receive meals from any other source, or who need different or more extensive services than are otherwise available.Mont.
