Rule 37.34.615 - FAMILY SERVICES: FAMILY EDUCATION AND SUPPORT SERVICES RESOURCE AND SUPPORT WRAP-AROUND SERVICES REQUIREMENTS(1) Resource and support wrap-around services must be provided in accordance with the IFSP.(2) Resource and support wrap-around services are available for a child and family eligible under federally funded Part H family education and support services.(3) Resources and support wrap-around services are available for a child and family under state funded family education and support services only as availability of funding allows.Mont.
