Rule 37.30.706 - VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION PROGRAM: PHYSICAL AND MENTAL RESTORATION SERVICES(1) Physical and mental restoration services, as described in the IPE, may be provided to the consumer in preparing for, securing, retaining or regaining an employment outcome that is consistent with the strengths, resources, priorities, concerns abilities, capabilities, interests, and informed choice of the consumer.(2) Physical and mental restoration services are limited to those services that are specified in and provided in accordance with the provisions of the Montana Vocational Rehabilitation Manual (MVR) Policy M, regarding scope of MVR services.(3) Physical and mental restoration services do not include medical services and procedures of an experimental nature.(4) The department adopts and incorporates by this reference the vocational rehabilitation list of covered services dated December 27, 2002, and published by the department as Montana Vocational Rehabilitation Policy M, "Scope of Montana Vocational Rehabilitation Services", of the Montana Vocational Rehabilitation Policy Manual.
