Rule 37.30.304 - VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION PROGRAM: DETERMINATION OF ELIGIBILITY
(1) A person is eligible for vocational rehabilitation services, if the department determines the person to be eligible in accordance with the criteria of this subchapter and subchapters 4 and 7, governing eligibility, and with the criteria adopted in applicable federal law and regulations.
(2) An applicant may receive those services determined by the department to be necessary and appropriate for assessing the applicant's eligibility.
(3) Eligibility of a person for the receipt of visual medical services, vocational rehabilitation extended employment services and independent living services is determined in accordance with ARM 37.30.2601 et seq. for visual medical services, ARM 37.30.1602 et seq. for vocational rehabilitation extended employment services and ARM 37.30.1601 et seq. for independent living services.
