Rule 37.2.711 - MAINTENANCE OF CHARGE RECORDS(1) The department shall maintain records of services provided to residents, and shall prepare a monthly itemized statement for each resident receiving chargeable services. Charges shall be recorded for each service and for each day the resident is at the institution at midnight.
