Rule 37.114.315 - POTENTIAL OUTBREAKS(1) Whenever a communicable disease listed in ARM 37.114.203, or the "Control of Communicable Diseases Manual", or other communicable disease that constitutes a threat to the health of the public, becomes so prevalent as to endanger an area outside of the jurisdiction where it first occurred, the local health officer of the jurisdictional area in which the disease occurs must notify and cooperate with the department to control the transmission of the disease in question.Mont.
