Rule 37.114.312 - IMPORTATION OF DISEASE(1) No person who has a reportable disease for which subchapter 5 of this chapter prescribes isolation may be brought within the boundaries of the state without prior notice to the department and approval of measures to be taken within Montana to prevent disease transmission.Mont.
