Rule 37.111.827 - OUTDOOR AIR QUALITY(1) Schools must reference the Recommendations for Outdoor Activities Based on Air Quality for School and Child Care Facilities developed by the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services and the Montana Department of Environmental Quality to determine local air quality conditions and choose to cancel outdoor recess and delay or not delay outdoor school-sponsored events.(2) Schools must have a protocol in place on how to limit the infiltration of outside air into the school during poor air quality conditions.Mont.
